Our Focus

Select is a North Carolina based medical sales and marketing company focused on commercializing medical products.

Special emphasis will be put towards the acquisition, licensing and commercialization of products that can be marketed to specialty and sub-specialty physicians, patient groups and centers of excellence facilities.

• This will allow Select to be highly focused on a concentrated market with a relatively small sales team.
• This focus will facilitate improved collaborations with patient advocacy and support groups.

We will consider unique opportunities that are in late stage development status (Phase II, III or PreIDE ), where there is a high possibility of success.

We will establish strategic and collaborative relationships that enhance and complement our product line and organization.

We will acquire or license medical products and partner with companies that are strategic to our organization.

Characteristics of these products will be:

• Niche market medical products.
• Current history of a lack of marketing and sales promotion, or under- promoted products.
• Strong potential to revitalize the brand through active promotion and expanding into non-traditional markets.

Above average industry gross margins.

Evidence based clinical data for all products.

All legacy acquisitions will be at a highly favorable purchase price and we will have a strong potential to greatly increase sales within a short time horizon.
